In your capacity as Manager Master Data Management (MDM) you will take a central role in shaping and driving master data governance across Plukon’s international system landscape. We are looking for a professional with proven experience in Master Data Management including Change Management capable of coordinating between domains, international locations / countries and at Group level.
You will be responsible to harmonize master data principles and guidelines across countries, by aligning stakeholders and to embed sustainable ways of working in the current and future application landscape. You will operate at process and governance level, not as a hands-on data administrator.

We are looking for an experienced MDM professional who brings structure and uniformity within the various Domain and Country MDM organization.
You (preferably) have:
Several years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related roles;
Proven experience leading change and alignment in complex, international, multi‑stakeholder environments, with strong change management and cross‑cultural stakeholder skills;
Strong analytical capabilities and a structured, process‑driven mindset, with the ability to operate at both conceptual and tactical levels rather than focusing on day‑to‑day data fixing;
Experience in international, multi‑system (ERP) landscapes within food, manufacturing, supply chain or FMCG environments, combined with strong IT affinity and exposure to ERP, BI and AI‑driven solutions;
Occassional traveling across Europe is part of the job;
Excellent English communication, Dutch is preferred.
